Individual Health Services (IGeL) are medical services not covered by statutory health insurance and billed privately. We are happy to advise you in detail about these offerings.
Minor surgery – generally covered by statutory insurance (GKV)
Wound care, nail treatment, foreign body removal and the removal of medically indicated skin changes are billed through your statutory health insurance when there is a clinical indication. Purely cosmetic procedures without medical necessity are charged as private pay.
Neural therapy is a gentle treatment method for relieving acute and chronic pain. Targeted injections of a local anaesthetic can reduce pain and support the body's own regulatory mechanisms. Unlike wheal therapy, neural therapy targets deeper nerve points, ganglia and interference fields – particularly effective for chronic pain and painful scars.
Wheal therapy is a proven method for treating muscle tension and pain. Superficial injections of a local anaesthetic into the skin can relieve pain and improve circulation. Unlike neural therapy, wheal therapy acts directly in the skin and is particularly suitable for acute local tension and pain.

Ultrasound check at your own request – for additional peace of mind and prevention, even without acute symptoms.
Extended ultrasound diagnostics as an IGeL service – beyond the standard statutory health insurance coverage.
